Elaine
Kramer
It was the 6th season before we learnt that Kramer's first name was in fact Cosmo.
Newman
Jerry's Family
Phillip Bruns played Jerry's father for one episode before Barney Martin replaced him for the rest of the series.
George's Family
David Puddy
The Soup Nazi
There is an actual soup Nazi. The episode was based on a real guy and he hated Seinfeld for sending him up. When Seinfeld showed up at his restaurant a few days after the episode aired, he was abused and thrown out. The second pic below is the real guy, I've seen him on You Tube and he's a real turd.
Elaine's Employers
John O’Hurley who played J.Peterman on Seinfeld, has actually since bought the J.Peterman company
Ruth Cohen
Who the hell is Ruth Cohen you ask? She is the cashier at the cafe the gang hang out at and appears in more episodes than any other actor outside the 4 stars. Her character name is her real name and she finally gets some lines in season 7.
Susan
George's fiance starts out as a tv exec, turns gay after dating George, then is wooed back by George and finally dies after licking the glues on low quality envelopes George bought for their weddding invitations.
CLASSIC SEINFELD
Jerry: I had a leather jacket that got ruined. Now, why does moisture ruin leather? I don't get this. Aren't cows outside most of the time? I don't understand it. When it's raining do cows go up to the farmhouse, "Let us in, we're all wearing leather. Open the door! We're gonna ruin the whole outfit here!" "Is it suede?" "I am suede, the whole thing is suede, I can't have this cleaned. It's all I got!"
George: Instead of doing a wash, I just keep buying underwear. My goal is to have over 360 pair. That way I only have to do wash once a year.
Jerry: You have no idea what an idiot is.
George: Is that right? I just threw away a life time of guilt free sex and floor seats for every sporting event at Madison Square Gardens. So please, a little respect, for I am Costanza, Lord of the Idiots.
George: You ask me to have lunch, tell me you slept with Elaine, and then say you're not in the mood for details. Now you listen to me. I want details and I want them right now. I don't have a job, I have no place to go. You're not in the mood? Well you get in the mood!

Why do they call it a wedgie?"
"Because the underwear is pulled up from the back until... it wedges in."
"They also have an Atomic Wedgie. Now the goal there is to actually get the waistband on top of the head. It's very rare."
